Reservation policies:
• The rates that apply are valid on the day of your quote, if you quote later there may be variation.
• Your confirmation number will be sent to you after the corresponding charge to your card has been made, until that moment it is considered a complete reservation.
• Reservations for services are subject to availability at the time of processing your request and can not be guaranteed until you have received the full payment.
• The payment of the services will be charged to your credit card, when you make your reservation you authorize us in writing to use your credit card number to make the payment.
• Prices are per person and include the services indicated in the service description.
• If the client does not show up at a fixed time and place, participation in the tour is not guaranteed.
• Mexicoox SA de CV is not liable in any way for damages or accidents that occurred to customers during the course of their services.
Payment policies:
• The total amount of your reservation will be charged immediately to your credit card, after confirmation of the availability of services.
• We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card and American Express. If you do not have a credit card you can pay us by bank transfer or through Paypal.
• The rates published on our site are quoted in Mexican Peso currency, payments can be made directly in Mexican pesos. In other types of currency the amount of the transaction will be converted at the exchange rate in effect on the date of the transaction. If there is any difference due to international fluctuation or bank commissions, Mexicoox SA de CV is not responsible for these fluctuations.
• If you require a tax invoice, please request it and it will be delivered after you have provided the services.
Cancellation policies:
• Cancellations must be informed to the following email: info@mexicoox.com.
Do not forget to write down your reservation number.
• For reservations canceled with 72 hours in advance (or more) of the start time of the service, the 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
• For reservations canceled less than 72 hours after the start of the service, no refund will be made. The maximum change may be made according to availability.
• In case of requesting change of tour date, it will only be done if there is availability.
• Mexicoox SA de CV reserves the right to modify the planned travel itinerary only in case it is essential for a better organization of it or if there are circumstances of force majeure that require it.
• Mexicoox SA de CV reserves the right to cancel the service in case of adverse weather conditions, in case of not presenting the minimum number of travelers scheduled for the service or for any justified reason. The client will be notified by email and reimbursed for the total amount.
Our prices do not include:
• Personal tips for guides, drivers, etc.
• Extra expenses of any kind that are not properly specified in the itineraries.
